Our typical design-build timeline averages 12 months when starting from scratch:

  • ~3 months for design and estimating
  • ~1.5 months for permitting
  • ~7–8 months for construction

This timeline can vary depending on scope and complexity. Some designs are completed in just a few weeks, while highly detailed custom homes may take longer. If you already have plans—or start with one of our pre-designed floorplans—we can move directly into permitting and construction, shortening the overall timeline.

Our core focus is luxury custom homes with high-end finishes and thoughtful design. That said, we always start by listening. Some clients prefer a more semi-custom approach, and we tailor the process to meet your design goals, budget, and timeline—delivering exactly what you need.

As involved as you want to be. Our systems are designed to keep you informed without overwhelming you. Through our client portal, you’ll have real-time access to schedules, budgets, selections, and daily updates. You’ll also work with a dedicated project manager who guides you every step of the way.
